Customer agrees that he/she will not file a payment dispute with PayPal or through Customer’s credit card company without first attempting to contact support.
Attempting to obtain a refund by fraudulently reporting an item as not received is a digital theft crime. This system records your IP (Internet Protocol with geographic information related to Customers physical location) address, email address, and other transaction related information in accordance with our privacy policy.
This tracking information will be provided to PayPal and/or Customer’s credit card company in the event of a payment dispute filed by the Customer. Customers attempting to commit digital theft by fraudulently reporting an item as not received may be prosecuted.
